H.E. Mohammed Murad Hassan Al Blooshi has served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Azerbaijan since April 2022. H.E. Al Blooshi brings extensive professional and diplomatic experience in international relations, security, international cooperation, and multilateral diplomacy.
Throughout his career, H.E. Al Blooshi has held several senior military and diplomatic positions. He also served as an Advisor and Researcher at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he contributed to strategic research and studies and supported the development of the UAE's foreign policy.
In recognition of his distinguished service and contributions to advancing the UAE's relations with friendly countries and strengthening strategic partnerships that support the UAE's foreign policy objectives, H.E. Al Blooshi was awarded the First Class Order of Zayed II.
