Ordinary passport holders
If you are planning to visit UAE, kindly click here to know if you need an entry visa. If you are required to obtain an entry visa, you may apply visa though the following ways:
Diplomatic, official, special, and service passports holders
you may submit the following documents:
1. Official Note Verbale issued by your esteemed diplomatic mission contains information about your trip, length of stay, and the expected day of entry.
2. Completed visa application form and attach clear colored photo with white background.
3. A scan color copy of your passport, your passport must be valid for more than six 6 months.
4. Copy of the cover page of the passport from outside.
Important Notes:
1. Application forms must be typed, handwritten is not accepted.
2. All attached documents must be scanned, documents taken by phone are not accepted.
3. Digital Photo with high resolution.
4. Once your Visa application is approved by Headquarter, you will receive electronic visa to your assigned email that you mentioned on the application form. No visa stickers issued by the Embassy, you can use the digital visa copy.
5. Your visa applications will be under assessment and approval by UAE authorities, the process usually take 3 working days.
6. Please make sure to apply for visa earlier to avoid any inconvenience.
