H.E. Shaikh Saoud Ali Almualla, Consul General of the UAE in Hong Kong, attended the cultural session “Hidden Stories of the UAE: Culture, Heritage and the Art of Writing”, as part of the program presented by Emirates Publishers Association during the Hong Kong Book Fair 2026. Bringing together Dr. Abdulaziz Al Musallam and Obaid Ibrahim Boumelha, the conversation explored the unique characters of Emirati storytelling and the role of literature in preserving heritage and safeguarding the stories that have shaped the UAE’s cultural identity.
H.E. Shaikh Saoud Ali Almualla, Consul General of the United Arab Emirates in Hong Kong, met with the Hon. Chris Tang, Secretary for Security of the HKSAR Government. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation and exchange views on topics of mutual interest.
