H.E. Dr. Nariman Al Mulla serves as Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Armenia since 2023. She brings more than two decades of experience across healthcare, business development, and diplomacy.
Prior to her appointment as Ambassador, H.E. held a number of leadership positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Diplomatic Advisor in the Department of Economic Affairs and International Organizations, Advisor and Member of the Office of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and Director of the Office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Consular Affairs. She also served as Consul General of the United Arab Emirates in Melbourne from 2020 to 2023.
Throughout her academic, professional, and diplomatic career, H.E. has received numerous awards and distinctions in recognition of her contributions. In 2024, she was awarded the First Class Order of Zayed II by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
H.E. Dr. Nariman Al Mulla holds a Ph.D. in Medicine from the University of Copenhagen. She also holds several advanced professional qualifications, including Swedish Board Certification in Cardiology, as well as European Board Certification and Fellowship from the European Council of Medical Specialists.
