Her Excellency Dr. Nariman Al Mulla, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Armenia, attended the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) and the Orbeli Center for Research and Analysis, affiliated with the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
The MOU aims to strengthen cooperation in the fields of scientific research and analytical activities, and to consolidate knowledge exchange and the sharing of expertise between the two sides. Both parties will work to implement a range of joint initiatives, including the preparation of analytical studies and research, the organization of conferences, roundtables, and expert discussions, as well as the exchange of information and expertise and the development of young researchers’ capacities.
On this occasion, Her Excellency Dr. Nariman Al Mulla congratulated both sides on the signing, expressing her confidence that this step will contribute to elevating the quality of research output and strengthening institutional cooperation between the two sides, in support of knowledge-based decision-making. She also affirmed the importance of broadening the horizons of cooperation between think tanks in both countries, emphasizing the Embassy’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote dialogue and the exchange of expertise.
