CETINJE, 8th December 2025: His Excellency Khamis Rashed Al Shemeili presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE to Montenegro to His Excellency Jakov Milatović, President of Montenegro, at the Presidential Residence in Cetinje.
