The Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq was established on February 1, 2012. Since its establishment, the Consulate General has played an important role in strengthening and developing the distinguished bilateral relations between the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and the United Arab Emirates across the economic, cultural, social, and humanitarian fields. It also undertakes its consular responsibilities by providing comprehensive services to UAE citizens residing in or visiting the region, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and approved procedures.
