EDGE Group announced the signing of a technology transfer agreement with Spain’s EM&E Group for the manufacturing of the FEROX 6x6 armored vehicle in Spain, based on the combat-proven NIMR JAIS 6x6 platform, renowned for its advanced operational capabilities.
Under the agreement, EM&E Group will acquire the vehicle’s engineering design authority as well as distribution rights across European markets, further strengthening industrial and defense cooperation between the two parties.
This step underscores EDGE Group’s commitment to developing strategic international partnerships that contribute to the modernization of European land forces and enhance their operational readiness through the provision of advanced protection and mobility solutions.
