The United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Bulgaria place growing emphasis on enhancing cooperation in the fields of culture, education, and tourism, recognizing them as key pillars for strengthening mutual understanding and fostering closer ties between the two friendly peoples. In November 2020, the two countries signed a Cultural Cooperation Agreement, followed in September 2022 by the signing of two additional agreements, one on cooperation in the field of education and the other on cooperation in tourism, further expanding opportunities for cultural and knowledge exchange and promoting tourism between the two countries.
