Her Excellency Noora Juma visited Jēkabpils, where she met with city's mayor Raivis Ragainis to discuss opportunities for strengthening cooperation across various sectors between the United Arab Emirates and Latvia.
During the visit, the Ambassador toured the Jēkabpils Regional Hospital and met with its management to learn about the charitable initiative “Dzīvo vesels,” aimed at supporting the health and well-being of vulnerable groups. She also visited MANS’S Art Gallery, a notable private gallery contributing to the promotion of contemporary art. The visit concluded with expressions of appreciation for the warm reception and interest in further developing cooperation.
