Under the patronage of H.E. Rana Tanveer Hussain, Minister for National Food Security and Research of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation, affiliated to Erth Zayed Philanthropies – UAE Presidential Court, the opening ceremony of the 2nd Pakistan International Date Palm Festival will be held on Tuesday, 16 September 2025 at the Expo Centre Karachi.
The festival reflects the commitment of the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to strengthening cooperation in food security, agricultural innovation, and the development of the date palm sector.
