H.E. Saeed Hamdan Mohammed Al Naqbi serves as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Senegal, and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of The Gambia and the Republic of Cabo Verde. He brings more than three decades of diplomatic experience at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Throughout his diplomatic career, H.E. Al Naqbi has held a number of senior diplomatic and administrative positions, including assignments at the UAE Embassies in Beirut and Islamabad. He also served as the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal from 2016 to 2022.
