- The UAE tops the list of the largest exporting and importing countries in Armenia, being the 8th largest export market for Armenian products and the 11th largest source of Armenian imports worldwide.
- This reflects the strategic weight of economic relations between the two countries. In terms of investment, it is noteworthy, that the UAE business sector is interested in exploring investment opportunities in Armenia, especially in promising commercial sectors.

- The number of Emirati tourists in Armenia increased by 44.5% reaching 11,134 in 2018, as compared to 7,705 in 2017.
