During the meeting, they discussed the friendly relations and strategic partnership between the UAE and the Russian Federation, and ways to deepen them in all fields.
His Highness and the Russian Foreign Minister also reviewed a number of issues related to the meeting's agenda and discussed the latest developments on the regional and international scenes, exchanging views on them.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan affirmed that UAE-Russia relations are based on solid foundations of mutual understanding, respect, and fruitful and constructive cooperation, and are witnessing rapid growth, especially after the signing of the strategic partnership between the two countries in 2018.
His Highness noted the keenness of both friendly countries to develop these relations and advance prospects for joint cooperation in all fields, in a way that benefits their peoples and achieves their mutual interests.
