His Excellency Khaled Balami Al Tamimi, Governor of the UAE Central Bank, chaired a meeting with His Excellency Khoja Murad, Deputy Prime Minister of the Turkmen Council of Ministers for Financial, Banking and Economic Affairs, and senior Turkmen officials, during his visit to Turkmenistan, to discuss ways to develop relations and cooperation between the two countries in the banking sector and joint investment.

His Excellency Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and his accompanying delegation met during his visit to Turkmenistan, accompanied by His Excellency Ahmed Al Hameli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, with His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, and senior Turkmen officials to discuss ways to develop relations and cooperation between the two countries in all fields.

The UAE Embassy in Turkmenistan held a celebration on the occasion of the 51st National Day. His Excellency Al Hameli the UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan received the guest of honour, His Excellency Batyr Atdayev, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan. The ceremony was also attended by heads of diplomatic missions and offices of international organizations in the country.

His Excellency Ahmed Al Hameli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, met with His Excellency Berdi Niyaz Matiyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, in the presence of His Excellency Rahim Jebarov, Chairman of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity in Turkmenistan. During the meeting, the two sides discussed arrangements for the visit of a high-level delegation of the Government of the United Arab Emirates to Turkmenistan headed by His Excellency Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company "Masdar" and Managing Director and CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company "ADNOC" and its group of companies.

His Excellency Ahmed Al Hameli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, offered condolences to the Belarusian Embassy in Turkmenistan on the death of His Excellency Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Today, His Excellency Ahmed Al Hameli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Mr Sulaiman Al Zahmi, Head of the Support Services Department, and the embassy staff participated in the celebration of Martyr's Day, loyalty and gratitude for the sacrifices of the honourable martyrs of the homeland, where the flag was flown at half mast and stood for one minute for silent supplication. The flag was raised during the national anthem at 11:31 am.

His Excellency Ahmed Alhay Alhameli Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Turkmenistan accompanied His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov President of Turkmenistan during his visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque with a number of senior Turkmen officials, In the presence of Dr. Youssef Al-Obaidly, General Director of the Mosque Center as part of his official visit to the country where His Excellency visited the tomb of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul. His Excellency and the accompanying delegation toured the halls of the mosque and its external corridors, also His Excellency was presented with a copy of the book “Spaces of Light”, one of the publications the mosque center and book "House of God", which deals with the history of Islamic mosques.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, met with His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, during his visit to the UAE, and the two sides discussed ways to develop relations between the two countries in all fields, especially in the oil and gas sector.

Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Executive Director of the Office Martyrs' Families Affairs in the United Arab Emirates, received His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, at Wahat Al Karama, where the guest president laid a wreath of flowers in front of the Martyr's monument and His Excellency toured the various wings of Wahat Al Karama listening to a detailed explanation from Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan about Wahat Al Karama, at the end of the tour, His Excellency recorded a speech in the visitor’s book in which he expressed his appreciation for the Martyrs of the UAE.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, received His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, in Abu Dhabi. The two sides discussed ways to develop relations between the two countries in all fields, especially in the exchange of knowledge and experiences between the two countries.

In coordination between the UAE Embassy in Ashgabat, the Emirates Chamber and the Turkmen Ministry of Economy, the Abu Dhabi Chamber held the UAE-Turkmen Business Forum. The forum was attended by His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, and His Excellency Thani Al-Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade. During the forum, businessmen from the two countries discussed investment, economic and trade cooperation opportunities, and 3 were signed. Agreements between the two countries in the transport, communications, energy and banking sectors.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, "may God protect him," received His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, where the ceremony of receiving the guest president began at the Al Watan Palace in Abu Dhabi, accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the podium of honor during the playing of peace while the artillery fired 21 rounds, saluting the guest president, His Excellency was received by a number of their Highnesses, sheikhs, ministers and senior statesmen.

His Excellency Ahmed Alhai Al Hameli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, met with His Excellency Berdi Niyaz Matiev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, in the presence of His Excellency Rahim Berdi Japarov, Chairman of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity in Turkmenistan, where the two sides discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and arrangements for the visit of His Excellency Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates scheduled for November of this year.

His Excellency Ahmed Al Hameli, Ambassador of the UAE to Turkmenistan, participated in the celebration of the “Turkmen Alabay Day”, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, and honorable Turkmen Ministers, Their Excellencies Deputy Prime Ministers and Their Excellencies Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Turkmenistan. The Turkmen Alabay dog through the use of folk breeding practices and modern scientific discoveries and the importance of spreading awareness of its unique characteristics and behaviours.

Within the framework of the UAE Flag Day celebration on the third of November of each year, His Excellency Ahmed Al Hameli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, hoisted the UAE flag during the playing of the national anthem, at exactly eleven o’clock in the morning, in the presence of the diplomatic mission staff.

In the context of developing cultural and sports relations between the UAE and Turkmenistan, His Excellency Ahmed Al Hameli, the UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, participated in the cycling championship organized by the Cycling Federation headed by His Excellency Dovlet Annayyev in the Olympic Village in Ashgabat, in which a number of male and female competitors from some Turkmen states participated. Also His Excellency visited a center for the recovery of athletes and inspected the equipments in it and the modern methods used to prepare the athletes.

His Excellency Ahmed Al Hamli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, participated with a delegation of Dragon Oil Company headed by His Excellency Ali Rashid Al Jarwan, CEO of the company, in attending the activities of the 27th International Conference and Exhibition for Oil and Gas. The conference was attended by senior officials of Turkmenistan, heads of diplomatic missions, a number of representatives of international organizations and banks, and delegations of international companies in the field of oil and gas from the United Arab Emirates, China, South Korea and Singapore.

His Excellency Ahmed Al Hamli, the UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, met with HE Al Nakhira Al Khaili, Executive Director of the Abu Dhabi Cycling Club at the club’s headquarters. During the meeting, they discussed ways of joint cooperation with Turkmenistan in cycling.
