Mr. Eisa Al Samahi, Deputy Head of Mission, and Dr. Saleh Alsharqi, Head of the Economic Section at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Seoul, met with Mr. Taiyang Kim, Director of the FTA Implementation Division at the Korea Customs Service.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation under the UAE–Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), with a particular focus on supporting the effective implementation of the agreement and facilitating trade and customs procedures between the two countries.
The meeting also underscored the importance of continued coordination and the exchange of expertise to maximize the benefits of CEPA, further advancing the growing economic and trade relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Korea.
