UAE signs 3 cooperation agreements in judicial and legal fields with the Republic of the Philippines

His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Bin Awad Al Nuaimi, Minister of Justice of UAE and His Excellency Jesus Crispin Remulla, Secretary of the Department of Justice of the Republic of the Philippines, signed three cooperation agreements, including the extradition of criminals, the transfer of convicts, and providing assistance in criminal matters, to enhance the cooperation in judicial matters between the two countries . 

His Excellency Abdullah Al Nuaimi stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Justice to follow up on the implementation of the agreements, to achieve the common vision with the Ministry of Justice in the Republic of the Philippines, and to enhance coordination and cooperation regarding assistance in procedures that contribute to achieving justice, and allowing convicts to serve their sentences in their home country, which facilitates their reintegration into society after the end of their sentences. 
 
The Philippine Minister of Justice stressed the strength and solidity of relations with the UAE, noting the importance of signing bilateral cooperation agreements in the legal and judicial fields, which will continue to be supported in a way that serves the interests of both sides.
