The relations between the UAE and Bahrain are exceptional and distinct in all fields

His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Bahrain, affirmed that the relations between the two countries are exceptional and distinguished in all fields, stressing during a speech he delivered in the visual dialogue session entitled "The Mission of Zayed's Ambition" that was held on Sunday 18 October 2020 through the Zoom program, with the participation of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, which was organized by the embassy in Bahrain and in cooperation between the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Space Sciences and in the country and the National Authority for Space Sciences in Bahrain. His Excellency the UAE Ambassador added that the UAE has a strategy in the field of space that extends for ten years to come, and this confirms that the UAE’s ambition has no limits, and that the mission of Zayed’s ambition was the beginning and fulfilled the dream of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

For his part, His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the representative of His Majesty the King for humanitarian work and youth affairs, said in his speech to the session, "The achievements of the Emirates are the pride of the Arab and Islamic nations that open our future horizons for us, and encourage our youth to go into the space field in general and go to space in particular with determination and insistence." His Highness indicated that these accomplishments constitute participation in the march of human progress through the promotion of science and knowledge related to space.

Hazaa Al Mansoori, the first Emirati astronaut, and his fellow astronaut, Sultan Al Niyadi, also participated in the session.
