General Requirements for Attestation
To complete the attestation process, applicants must:
• Submit the original document together with a notarized copy.
• Ensure the document has been officially translated into English or Arabic by a sworn translator, with the translation notarized.
• Obtain authentication from the Governor's Office or District Governor's Office, and from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs where applicable.
• For commercial documents, obtain authentication from the relevant Chamber of Commerce before authentication by the Governor's Office or District Governor's Office.
Applicants may apply directly to the Consulate General by submitting:
• The original UAE driving license.
• Proof of legal residence in Türkiye.
The Consulate General will complete the required procedures.
