H.E. Amna Mahmoud Fikri serves as the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Finland and the Non-Resident Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Estonia.
Her Excellency brings extensive diplomatic experience gained through a distinguished career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during which she held several leadership positions, including Economic Adviser to H.E. Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, then Minister of State and currently Minister of Health and Prevention. She also served as Director of the Economic and Trade Affairs Department, and Head of the Policy Analysis Section within the Ministry’s Policy Planning Department.
Throughout her diplomatic career, H.E. Ambassador Fikri has received several honors and awards in recognition of her outstanding contributions and achievements. In December 2024, she was awarded the Prime Minister’s Medal for Distinguished Ambassador. She was also selected by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) as one of the region’s emerging young leaders. In February 2017, she received the Minister of Foreign Affairs Excellence Award in the category of Outstanding New Diplomatic Officer.
H.E. Ambassador Fikri holds a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction and Honors in UAE Diplomacy and Foreign Policy from the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in International Relations from the American University of Sharjah.
