Speaker of the Federal National Council Delivers Address at a Special Session of the National Assembly of Serbia

H.E. Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates, emphasized that relations between the UAE and Serbia are experiencing accelerated development based on a strategic partnership and the shared vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and H.E. Aleksandar Vucic, President of the Republic of Serbia. He underlined that this special cooperation has contributed to the advancement of bilateral relations and the expansion of cooperation in political, economic, investment, and development fields.

Mr. Ghobash made these remarks during a special session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia held during the visit of the UAE delegation, which he headed, as part of the official visit to the friendly Republic of Serbia.

The session reflected the high level of relations between the UAE and Serbia, as well as their shared commitment to strengthening parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.

The session was opened by H.E. Ana Brnabic, Speaker of the National Assembly, who introduced H.E. Saqr Ghobash to the attendees and subsequently invited him to address the Members of Parliament.

The session was also attended by H.E. Ahmed Hatem Barghash Almenhali, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Serbia, along with members of the UAE delegation.
