UAE Ministry of Family and Serbia’s Ministry for Family Care and Demography Sign Cooperation Agreement

H.E. Sana bint Mohammed Suhail, Minister of Family of the United Arab Emirates, met in Belgrade with the Minister for Family Care and Demography of the Republic of Serbia, in the presence of H.E. Ahmed Hatem Almenhali, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Serbia.

On this occasion, the two ministries signed a Cooperation Agreement aimed at preserving, empowering, and enhancing the role of the family.

The two ministers noted that the agreement represents an important step in further strengthening bilateral relations based on strategic partnership, mutual trust, and a shared vision of improving citizens’ quality of life, while promoting family well-being and social stability.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of exchanging experiences and best practices in the development of family and demographic policies, as well as supporting initiatives focused on family protection, women’s empowerment, and sustainable social development.

Minister Suhail’s visit to Serbia took place as part of her official visit to participate in the international conference “For a Bigger Heart”, held in Belgrade and inaugurated by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia.
