UAE President Holds Phone Call with the President of Serbia

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, held a telephone conversation with H.E. Aleksandar Vucic, President of the Republic of Serbia, to discuss ways of advancing bilateral cooperation and joint projects, with particular emphasis on the economy, development, renewable energy, and other strategically important sectors.

The discussion took place within the framework of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries.

The two leaders reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening relations between the UAE and Serbia and to developing sustainable economic partnerships that support the objectives of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the two nations. They noted that the agreement provides a key framework for expanding cooperation and creating new opportunities for mutual economic growth and prosperity.

The conversation also included an exchange of views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest. Particular attention was given to the latest developments in the Middle East and their implications for regional security and stability.
