His Excellency Ahmed Al Hai Al Hamli, UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, met with His Excellency / Altayefullah Nour - Turkmen Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection on Tuesday 10/26/2021 at the headquarters of the Turkmen Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection.
During the meeting, His Excellency conveyed the greetings of Her Excellency Mariam bint Mohammed Al Muhairi - Minister of Climate Change and Environment, to her Turkmen counterpart His Excellency / Altayyevullah Nour - Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, with her wishes for continued progress and prosperity to His Excellency and the Government of Turkmenistan. The Ambassador delivered the message of His Excellency Mariam Bint Mohammed Al Muhairi addressed to His Excellency / Altayefullah Noor, in which she thanks Turkmenistan for its support for the candidacy of the United Arab Emirates to host the twenty-eighth session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (COP28) to be held in 2023.
For his part, His Excellency Mr. Latifullah Nour conveyed to His Excellency the Ambassador his greetings to Her Excellency/ Maryam bint Mohammed Al Muhairi, He wished the government and people of the UAE further development and prosperity.
During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral relations between the UAE and Turkmenistan, and discussed a number of issues related to the field of agriculture, environmental protection and food security, and ways to strengthen them for the benefit of the two friendly countries and peoples.
His Excellency wished the ambassador success in his work assignments and the development and strengthening of bilateral relations in various fields that unite the two countries, stressing his country's readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate his work.
The ambassador expressed his pride in representing the UAE in Turkmenistan, and his keenness to strengthen and activate bilateral relations in various fields, thus contributing to strengthening the bonds of friendship between the two countries.
