Within the framework of cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and Turkmenistan on the government knowledge exchange program, His Excellency Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, and His Excellency Rashid Meredov, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan and Minister of Foreign Affairs, signed a memorandum of understanding between the governments of the United Arab Emirates and Turkmenistan on Exchanging experiences in the field of developing and modernizing governments, on the sidelines of the World Government Summit, held in Dubai from 13-15 February 2023.
