The two countries also enjoy growing cultural and educational cooperation. Among the most notable initiatives is the Government of Sharjah's sponsorship of the Arab Poetry Festival, held annually in Abidjan since 2022. Educational ties are further reflected in the enrollment of Ivorian students across various academic disciplines at Al Qasimia University in Sharjah and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, underscoring the depth of the longstanding relationship between the two countries.
