Bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire were established in 1994. The opening of the UAE Embassy in Abidjan in November 2022 marked an important milestone in the development of bilateral relations, contributing to strengthening communication channels and expanding areas of joint cooperation.
