The official opening ceremony was attended by the Minister for Habitat, Land, and Infrastructure and land Transport Pamela Charlette, the director general for Abu Dhabi Fund, Mohammed Saif AL Suwaidi, the charge de affairs of the United Arab Emirates in Seychelles, Ahmed Al Neyadi.
The project consists of 42 units. The project funded by Abu Dhabi Fund.
