Mr. Issa Ali Al Balushi, the Consul General of the State in the city of Laayounerof, accompanied by local officials and the sheikhs of the Saharan tribes, participated in the launching ceremony for the construction of the city of professions and competencies in the city of El-Ayoun, which includes the project to build the Faculty of Medicine and the University Hospital Center.
