In FY 2024–25, the UAE ranked as India's fifth-largest source of FDI, with investments totaling USD 4.3 billion, and remains India's seventh-largest FDI investor overall.
UAE investments are concentrated in key sectors, including infrastructure and construction, computer software and hardware, services, power, and trading.
Leading UAE companies with investments in India include Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Mubadala, ADQ, IHC, DP World, Emaar Properties, Sharaf Group, TAQA, Borouge, ADNOC, Ducab, Emirates NBD, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Mashreq, reflecting the breadth and depth of bilateral economic cooperation.
