Foreign Ministers of the UAE and the Republic of Serbia Hold Telephone Conversation

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, held telephone conversations with several officials and foreign ministers of brotherly and friendly countries to discuss current regional developments following what were described as “violent Iranian missile attacks” targeting the UAE and several other countries in the region.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah also spoke with H.E. Marko Djuric, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.

During the conversation, the serious consequences of the “violent Iranian missile attacks” were examined, including potential threats to regional and international security, as well as risks to global economic stability and energy security.

Both ministers strongly condemned and firmly opposed the Iranian attacks on the UAE and regional states. They also reaffirmed the full and legitimate right of all affected countries to respond to these attacks in a manner that ensures the protection of their sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity, as well as the safety of their citizens, residents, and visitors, in accordance with international law.
