UAE Ambassador Attends Opening of Zrenjanin Water Treatment Plant

H.E. Ahmed Hatem Almenhali, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Serbia, attended the official ceremony marking the launch of the trial operation of the water purification facility in Zrenjanin.

The ceremony was also attended by H.E. Prof. Dr. Dragan Glamocic, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, along with numerous officials and representatives involved in the project.

Ambassador Almenhali and other officials toured the facility, becoming acquainted with the operational processes and technological solutions, which received widespread praise for their advancement and high efficiency in water treatment and distribution.

This project, implemented by the Emirati company "Metito," a leader in water management solutions, represents one of the most significant infrastructure projects undertaken by the UAE in Serbia in the water management sector.
