UAE Ambassador Receives Serbia’s Minister of Domestic and Foreign Trade

H.E. Ahmed Hatem Almenhali, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Serbia, received H.E. Jagoda Lazarevic, Minister of Domestic and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Serbia, at the Embassy premises.

During the meeting, the Ambassador reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation with the Republic of Serbia across all sectors, particularly in the fields of economy and trade, which stand as a testament to the successful development and steady progress of relations between the two countries.

Minister Lazarevic emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation between Serbia and the UAE, highlighting the considerable opportunities for further enhancing economic growth and expanding commercial ties between the two nations.

Both sides affirmed that the signing of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) further strengthens the strategic partnership between Serbia and the United Arab Emirates. They also underscored their shared commitment to deepening economic and investment cooperation, increasing bilateral trade, and encouraging new investments between the two countries.
