Minister of State of the UAE for Defence in an official visit to the Republic of Serbia

During an official visit to the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Muhammed bin Mubarak Fadel Almazrouei, Minister of State for Defence of the UAE, accompanied by military officers and representatives of the Ministry of Defence, met with H.E. Aleksandar Vucic, President of Serbia, H.E. Milos Vucevic, Prime Minister of Serbia and H.E. Bratislav Gasic, Minister of Defence of Serbia.

On the sidelines of the visit, the UAE delegation also had a meeting with representatives of the Serbian Ministry of Defence, during which they discussed current geopolitical and security situation in the world. The two parties also talked about strengthening of military and defence cooperation between the two friendly countries.

State Minister of Defence, together with the UAE delegation, visited the Military Technical Institute of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, where they had the opportunity to hear about the institute's technical and research capacities and tour its laboratories.

This visit was organized within the efforts to deepen the strong, historical and fraternal relations between the two leaderships, in order to expand and strengthen all aspects of bilateral cooperation.

H.E. Ahmad Hatem Almenhali, Ambassador of the UAE to the Republic of Serbia, welcomed the delegation of the Ministry of Defence of the UAE.
