Driving License Verification and Attestation Procedure
Please complete the Driving License Verification Request Form and submit it along with the following documents:
- A copy of the driving license (front and back).
- A copy of the passport.
Please email the completed form and all required attachments to: consriyadh@mofaic.gov.ae
Once the authenticity of the driving license has been verified, the applicant will be contacted to pay the attestation fee through the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates: www.mofaic.gov.ae
When submitting the payment, please select the following services:
Services → Individuals → Attestation of Official Documents, Certificates and Commercial Invoices
Please ensure that the destination country and mission are selected as follows:
Country: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Mission: Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Riyadh
After completing the payment, please send a copy of the payment receipt to the Embassy through SMSA Express, together with a copy of the driving license.
