- H.E. Khalifa Yousif Alzaabi officially submitted his letter of credence to the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on the 2nd of June 2017, as the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Ghana.
- H.E. Khalifa Yousif Alzaabi is also the Non-Resident Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Togolese Republic.
