Within the framework of the implementation of a number of charitable and humanitarian projects by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority in the Russian Federation, and with the support of the Religious Administration for Muslims of the Russian Federation, the UAE Embassy in Moscow has set up an iftar tent and a Ramadan presentation entitled "The United Arab Emirates" in the Martyrs Mosque in the capital, Moscow.
The iftar banquet was attended by His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Ahmad Al-Jaber, welcoming the distinguished guests and congratulating them on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, and in his speech he praised the bilateral relations with the Russian Federation and the extent of their development and the relationship with the religious administration of the Muslims of the Russian Federation.
A number of prominent personalities participated in the Iftar, where he attended on behalf of His Eminence Mufti Sheikh Rawi Ein El-Din, First Deputy Head of the Religious Administration of the Muslims of the Russian Federation, President of the Moscow Islamic Institute Professor Damir Mohi El-Dinov, and Mr. Yevgeny Ermin, Head of the Department of Relations with Religious Organizations in the Directorate of Internal Policies of the President's Administration The Russian Federation, in addition to Rabbi Alexander Moiseevich Boroda, head of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Russia, and Mr. Potachev, Rasul, deputy in the State Duma and member of the Parliamentary Friendship Committee between the two countries.
Among the participants in the Iftar banquet were Mr. Hamad Al Habsi, Deputy Head of Mission and Colonel Rukn Engineer / Khaled Al Kaabi, the State's Military Attaché in Moscow, the diplomats members of the embassy, and the Deputy Head of the Religious Administration for Muslims of the Russian Federation, Mufti Roshan Abiyasov, Mufti of the Moscow District, and Eldar Alauddinov, Mufti of the city Moscow.
