Shamsa village for orphans was established in 2008, in Qasaba area, near to disabled city in Kabul province.
Since the beginning, the center has provided educational opportunities for orphans, poor and homeless families in the country, through enhancing and developing their capacities to achieve all their rights, specially deprived children and families.
Currently the number of 140 orphans including girls and boys benefiting from the orphanage center services.
