We kindly ask you to do the entire payment process (when you get to the moment of paying the UAE Embassy’s in Belgrade fee, and after all the previously collected stamps) via computer, and not via the mobile phone application.

INTERNATIONAL LEGALISATION OF DOCUMENTS issued in the Republic of Serbia, in order to use them in a foreign country, specifically in the UAE, involves the following steps (FOR DOCUMENTS OF INDIVIDUALS):

1) TRANSLATION of the original document (the original issued in the Republic of Serbia must be in Serbian language) by an AUTHORIZED COURT INTERPRETER into English or Arabic language (if a document in the Republic of Serbia is originally issued in English or written bilingually, the translation does not need to be done, if the Basic Court does not require it (in most cases they only require a copy of such original document), therefore, first consult with the competent institution).

2) Verification (from that moment onwards) of BOTH documents (both original and translation) has to be done in the competent COURT (in Belgrade - First Basic Court / outside Belgrade - competent court in the place of issuance of the original document)

3) Certification of the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE of the Republic of Serbia

4) Certification of the MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS of the Republic of Serbia

If the Document you are certifying is originally issued in the UAE and already has the stamp of the UAE MOFA, ignore all the above steps and immediately proceed with the registration process (on the MOFA website you will find below) to register and make a payment, after which you bring the document for certification to the Embassy, and only AFTER our seal, translate the document into Serbian language and bring it for certification to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, so it would be valid in the Republic of Serbia.

For Legal documents, for certification of export / import documents issued by companies or other institutions - invoices (commercial, freight forwarding), price lists and other export documents (specifications, packing lists, etc.) after court interpreter / translator, both documents - original and translation, are carried for further certification to the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, then to the MoFA of the Republic of Serbia.

It is necessary to certify the original document (in Serbian) and the official translation (regardless of whether both documents will be used later in the UAE) in all the institutions mentioned above, as well as at the UAE Embassy.

Namely, for the verification of one document (original and translation), and only after the completion of verification in all previously mentioned institutions, and concluding with the MoFA of the RoS - (via the website of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which link can be found below in this email) payment for 2 stamps has to be done, since the original and the translation are considered to be separate documents and are individually certified, each with one stamp.

After registering on the platform via the already mentioned link of the UAE MOFA, and based on the instructions in the photos from the attachment, you make the payment, which will soon become visible within our system.

It is very important that, when choosing the country of certification, you choose the Republic of Serbia in the drop-down menu, that is, the UAE Embassy in Belgrade, otherwise the money will go to another mission.

After receiving the notification of successful payment, bring the documents for verification to the UAE Embassy -
