10th May 2016 - H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, has inaugurated the new UAE Embassy building in Nepal, in the presence of Nepalese Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kamal Thapa.
The opening ceremony was attended by Saeed Hamdan Al Naqbi, UAE Ambassador to Nepal, the ambassadors of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Egypt in Nepal, and a number of local officials.
