Emirati citizens holding Diplomatic or Special Passports are granted entry visas at the Ugandan Embassy in Abu Dhabi or upon arrival at any entry point to Uganda. Holders of UAE Ordinary Passports shall prior to departure apply and pay for Entry Visas Online or at the Ugandan Embassy in Abu Dhabi, or shall be granted Visas upon arrival at any entry point to Uganda after payment of Visa fees.
