The documents must be first authenticated by the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kampala.
They should then be submitted to the Embassy of United Arab Emirates in Kampala with the attestation fee and identification copies of the relevant parties mentioned in the documents.
The Police certificate must bear the stamp and signature of the in-charge of the police station and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Copy of academic documents from any University/Institution in Uganda must be first authenticated by the awarding University/Institution then attested by Ministry of Education and Sports, then attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kampala.
The copies should then be submitted together with original document to the Consular Section, Embassy of the United Arab Emirates Kampala found at Plot 39 Yusuf Lule Road, Nakasero- Kampala, with the attestation fee and a copy of document owner's National identification (Passport, national identity card or driving permit).
Educational documents issued outside Uganda must be attested by the UAE Embassy of the issuing country.
