- H.E. Rahma Abdulrahman Rahma Alshamsiis a graduate of United Arab Emirates University.
- H.E. started his career at Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2000. Since 2003, he has been holding offices in various UAE embassies and consulates general.
- During his career period, he has attended multiple international forums and conventions. In 2016, he was declared as Consul General of the UAE in Guangzhou.
